The lighter of our two blends: mild acidity, a creamy, velvety body and a pronounced almond-like sweetness. Fine nougat notes and gentle spice make for a soft profile with subtle bitterness. The high arabica share makes it the favourite of everyone who likes their coffee sweet and approachable – black or with milk.

Brewing
In a pour-over or French press (60 g per litre, medium grind) the almond and nougat notes come through most clearly; as espresso the blend turns soft and sweet. Grind fresh.
